There is a moment in every act of creation whether writing, planning, or simply thinking dictating when something fragile emerges. A spark, a question and a idea that has never been thought before. In the past, we would sit with this spark. We would turn it over in our minds, wrestle with it, let it age and breathe and change. The pen was merely a servant to this process. It recorded what the intellect had already conceived. That pen is gone. The pen has evolved.
